A simple test of emotional intelligence will answer any question about diversity. Lining up the facts, like how the Chinese built the westward portion of what is today our railroads, will tell you about the "benefits" of diversity, at least benefitting white people.
Fox TV show host Tucker "I am a dumbass" Carlson stupidly, obviously to arouse idiotic notions of race purity for paranoid white people, calls out diversity, asking what is the benefit. Few questions could be more absent any thought.
Anyone who has ever worked in any organization with more than 10 people or so realizes having different perspectives applied to problem solving is ideal and effective. Having everyone the same does jot lead to the best solution.
If you have every played on a sport team, you know diversity works. If you were ever in the military, you know diversity works.
If you only want to hear one perspective, listen to Fox News. if you wish to learn and know ALL the facts so you can draw your won educated, mature conclusions, listen to BOTH liberal and conservative TV news shows.
If anyone wanted to question the "benefits" of diversity, the "diversitants" [a word I will invent] should question diversity from the stand point of white people abusing people of color to gain self-fish benefits for WHITES ONLY!

The Republicans got the witnesses in place, but were shocked to see the woman was credible and likely telling the truth about their guy! Backfire!

The author, Kathleen, fails to take note of what is more important than Democrats gaming the job interview of a potential Supreme Court Justice.
Kathleen forgets or overlooks key facts as she credits Jiminy Cricket for being everyone's conscience in the proceedings, some of which I will list here, but there are more than I list:
1. Kavenaugh may have actually committed the sexual assault as a high school boy since he was a heavy drinker, and I think probably a nasty bully, AND there is NO statute of limitations on that crime,
2. Kavenaugh proved he does not have the temperament of a Supreme Court Justice required to rule on legal matters for the good of America - he is an angry, belligerent, VERY POLITICAL person,
3. Kavenaugh likes beer a LOT! and possibly likes more than beer to alter his mind, and it seems, if he gets this angry without beers, he probably gets very angry when he drinks lots of beers, and
4. Kavenaugh said he would undergo ANY investigation to clear his name, BUT he awkwardly dodged and dodged and dodged Senator Durbin's several stated offers to start an FBI investigation to clear his name RIGHT NOW! What is Kavenaugh afraid of?
