We want a successful President. Can Tweety do it? Is he up to the job? How is he doing as of Jly 2017?
I like where Ayn Rand started back in 1957, but times have changed the world is less self-centered now. We are much more interconnected 60 years later than Rand ever foresaw in my opinion.
I disagree with Ayn Rand. Her philosophy is incomplete. People choose heroic behaviors and words, terrorism and foolish acts too. Fulfillment, in whatever form it takes, NOT happiness, as the moral purpose of life. Constructive, NOT simply productive achievement is our noblest activity, our most important work, and reason and kindness are the only absolutes.
Ayn Rand would say: ""My philosophy, in essence, is the concept of man as a heroic being, with his own happiness as the moral purpose of his life, with productive achievement as his noblest activity, and reason as his only absolute.""
But the point is that Tweety CAN choose to do great things for this country, and some of what he has done may serve America well as time passes. I am not sure what he has done is good though. Time will tell.
