Tweety's potential criminal behavior having Russia help him win an election is not his worse offense against America.

"Giuliani Knows ‘Collusion’ Isn’t a Crime—But Conspiracy Is and Trump Looks Guiltier Today"
The president can’t be charged with a crime that doesn’t exist, so no wonder Rudy keeps saying this. The crimes he can be charged with are very real though.

Mueller has not published any charges, and has not used the word collusion as far as I know.
"Here's why Giuliani's 'collusion isn't a crime' spiel doesn't matter for Mueller's probe"
- President Donald Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani sparked news headlines Monday morning by repeatedly saying "collusion" isn't a crime. But even if that's true, it won't help Trump.
- Special counsel Robert Mueller has the power — which he has repeatedly used since he was appointed in May 2017 — to charge people with crimes that are not related in any way to "collusion."
- Trump's former campaign chairman Paul Manafort is set to go on trial Tuesday in Virginia on charges lodged by Mueller that are not related to alleged collusion with Russians interfering in the 2016 presidential election.

"But here's the problem for Giuliani: Special counsel Robert Mueller, who is investigating possible "collusion" by members of the Trump campaign with Russians during the 2016 presidential election, has a number of possible criminal statutes that he could cite to charge such collusive conduct or a cover-up thereof, none of which rely on the word "collusion."
Instead, those statutes contain words such as "conspiracy," "obstruction of justice" and making "false statements."
And Mueller has the power — which he has repeatedly used since he was appointed in May 2017 — to charge people with crimes that are not related in any way to "collusion."
In fact, he has obtained guilty pleas to various crimes unrelated to collusion from Trump's former national security advisor Michael Flynn, Trump campaign official Rick Gates and campaign advisor George Papadopoulos."

by Michelle Ye Hee Lee July 29, 2018
"COLORADO SPRINGS — Top officials with the donor network affiliated with billionaire industrialist Charles Koch this weekend sought to distance the network from the Republican Party and President Trump, citing tariff and immigration policies and “divisive” rhetoric out of Washington. "
