Tweety watches Fox News for his information, but eben when Fox gives him information to work with he gets it wrong. I get the feeling Tweety has Attention Deficint Disorder to go with his narcissism disorder, a bad combo for the President of the United States.
"Trump asked people to ‘look at what’s happening … in Sweden.’ Here’s what’s happening there." [Real point is "What is happening in the uSA? We have discarded our American values! Look in the Mirror Tweety!]

"Trump probably was referring to an interview with filmmaker Ami Horowitz on Fox News Channel's “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” which started circulating on social media shortly after Trump's speech in Florida. Horowitz has blamed refugees for what he says is a crime wave in Sweden. The filmmaker's claims have since come under scrutiny, as Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter reported Monday. Two Swedish police officers who were interviewed by Horowitz said that their comments had been taken out of context. One of them, Anders Göranzon, accused the filmmaker of being a “madman.”"
"Trump's references to Sweden seemed to suggest that the country's welcoming approach to refugees and its alleged effects on crime rates should be a warning sign. But were the president's remarks justified?
“Absolutely not,” said Felipe Estrada Dörner, a criminology professor at Stockholm University. His response was echoed Monday by multiple other experts who are familiar with Swedish crime statistics.
Overall, Sweden's average crime rate has fallen in recent years, Dörner said. That drop has been observed for cases of lethal violence and for sexual assaults, two of the most serious categories of crime."
TweetyTwump does not read or check what he is handed as "facts," not even the Executive Orders he signs.
"Moreover, an analysis by Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter, conducted between October 2015 and January 2016, came to the conclusion that refugees were responsible for only 1 percent of all incidents. Researchers caution, however, that segregation and long-term unemployment of refugees could have a negative effect on crime rates in Sweden in the future.
Germany, the other European country that took in similar numbers of refugees per capita in 2015, also has refuted claims that the influx led to an increase in crime. “Immigrants are not more criminal than Germans,” an interior ministry spokesman said in June. Overall, crime levels in Germany declined over the first quarter of 2016, officials said last year."
OK, let's be cautious. But let's not lie and create fake panic where it is not real. Tweety, please do not pass on or create fake news.
"Swedish crime experts also do not agree that immigrants have created so-called no-go areas in Sweden — areas that allegedly are too dangerous for native Swedes to enter and are effectively run by criminals. “This perception is fabricated,” Dörner said. But he and others pointed out that the refugee influx poses challenges to Sweden, just not in the way it is being portrayed by some."

"Riot Breaks Out in Immigrant Suburb of Stockholm, Sweden"
Days after President Trump referenced a nonexistent instance of immigrant violence in Sweden, a riot broke out in a predominantly immigrant district of Stockholm.

Is Tweety Twump clairvoyant, or a provocateur? He definitely did not foresee the Sweden rito based on a Fox News story about crime in Sweden, so did Tweety incite this violence? I do not think he did, but it is ironic.
"Rioters vandalized shops, burned vehicles, and threw rocks at police in Rinkeby, a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden, during an outbreak of violence following the arrest of a drug suspect in the predominantly immigrant neighborhood on 20 February 2017. At least two people were injured, including a news photographer.
The incident garnered international attention because it came mere days after President Trump gave a speech in the United States referencing an instance of immigrant violence in Sweden which never actually occurred.
According to the Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter, the fracas began with a small crowd threatening police after the initial arrest took place near an underground station. At least one warning shot was fired after an officer was hit by a rock, intensifying the unrest as the crowd grew to around 50 people, the paper reported. Seven or eight cars were set on fire and an unknown number of shops were looted. Police said the rioting subsided around midnight.
Rinkeby, which the New York Times describes as “an economically deprived area of about 16,000 people,” saw similar outbreaks of violence in 2010 and 2013.
Sweden has long been in the forefront of European countries accepting refugees from elsewhere in the world, prompting those opposed to open-door immigration policies to claim the influx of foreigners has caused crime rates to rise in the country. The actual statistics don’t bear that out, however. Despite a sharp increase in the number of asylum seekers in 2015, an analysis cited by the Washington Post found that fewer than one percent of all crimes in Sweden during the final three months of 2015 were committed by refugees. Similarly, the BBC reported that Sweden’s crime rate has not risen in proportion to the increase in immigration"
But look at all the facts on Sweden and Germany . . .

Crime Threats
The general crime rate in Sweden is below the U.S. national average; however, the notion that foreign travelers are immune to crime is a common misconception. The prevalent rate of crime in major urban areas shows travelers are actually more susceptible to certain types of crime (thefts) than national criminal statistics would indicate. Sweden’s geographic locale and climate affect crime rates, as crime tends to increase acutely in summer months when tourism, empty residences, and diminished police resources contribute to a spike in theft during extended daylight.
According to official statistics, 2015 saw an four percent increase in reported crimes compared to 2014. The categories of crimes that reported the highest increases were vandalism and computer-based fraud. 2015 saw a slight decrease in thefts, sex offenses, and traffic crimes. In 2015, car thefts and thefts from vehicles increased one percent from the previous year for a total number of 67,400 reported crimes. The homicide rate in 2015 remained relatively unchanged from 2014 with approximately 90 reported cases. The country is not immune to random acts of violence.
On August 10, 2015, two individuals were stabbed to death in an IKEA store in Västerås.
On October 22, 2015, a 21-year-old man attacked and killed three individuals in a school in Trollhättan (the perpetrator was shot and killed by police)."

Crime Threats
Historically, crime rates throughout Germany have been comparable to those in most first-world countries, including the U.S., and comparative analysis of crime data for the U.S. and Germany reveals only marginal differences. The Bundeskriminalamt’s (BKA) 2014 Police Crime Statistics for Germany indicated only minor changes in the number of most of the recorded offenses over 2013. There were, however, some exceptions. Most notably there was a seven percent increase in bicycle theft and a 16 percent increase in the number of pickpocket cases reported. There were also marked increases in the various categories related to credit card fraud. While the 2014 statistics (the latest available) for Germany are of interest, they fail to capture any effect that the approximately one million refugees and asylum seekers who arrived in country in 2015 may have had on crime.
According to the very latest available statistics for Berlin, specifically the first quarter of 2015, there were significant increases in a number of crime categories over 2014. These increases included: drug related crime 19 percent; pickpocketing 24 percent; homicide 33 percent; and burglary 43 percent. Although more recent statistics have yet to be made available, police report there were significant increases in some crimes such as burglary and pickpocketing Berlin in 2015 compared to 2014."
