Tweety does not understand "Law and Order."  He undermines law enforcement by pardoning Arpaio, and defeats the judicial process where Arpaio could have tried other legal, APPROPRIATE means, like appealing his conviction.

Tweety destroyed the only judicial tool available to the court in this case, the contempt of court charge.  Tweety said f**k the rule of law.

"A Clear And Present Constitutional Danger: Why The Arpaio Pardon Matters"

"Pardons have been abused in the past. They’ve been used to favor former campaign contributors (Marc Rich) and they’ve been politically controversial (Richard Nixon). But they have never before been employed by the executive branch to render dysfunctional a finding of unconstitutional discrimination. The controversial issues underlying Arpaio’s abusive conduct should not distract us from the systemic danger to our constitutional democracy posed by his presidential enabler."

BUT a Presidential pardon is not a factor in State laws, so any law Tweety cronies break in New York will be tried, and convictions cannot be pardoned.  Hurray for some small hope for the RULE OF LAW.

Harsh, illegal, unconstitutional law activities, they call it "law enforcement," make America UNSAFE, and NOT SECURE.  PERIOD.

Americans will not tolerate a "Police State."

Tweety sides with law breaking sheriff.  What's it mean?  Is this foreshadowing what Tweety will do if anyone is found to have helped Russia hack the 2016 election?

"Paul Ryan, John McCain break with Trump on Arpaio pardon"
Published August 26, 2017 Fox News

"Speaker of the House Paul Ryan opposes President Trump's pardoning of former Sheriff Joe Arpaio, an aide said Saturday, joining Arizona GOP Sen. John McCain in criticizing the decision.

"The speaker does not agree with this decision,” said Doug Andres, a spokesman for Ryan. “Law enforcement officials have a special responsibility to respect the rights of everyone in the United States. We should not allow anyone to believe that responsibility is diminished by this pardon.""

More.

"Trump granted the pardon less than a month after a judge found Arpaio -- the sheriff of Arizona’s Maricopa County until losing re-election last year -- guilty of a misdemeanor contempt-of-court charge in a trial that was prosecuted by the president's own Justice Department.

"Pardoning Joe Arpaio is a slap in the face to the people of Maricopa County, especially the Latino community and those he victimized as he systematically and illegally violated their civil rights," said Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton, a Democrat."

"Judges remain silent as Trump pardons Arpaio"

What are the judges supposed to say?  Tweety did not break the law by pardoning the Sheriff, nor did he breach any Constitutional duty.

"Arpaio was convicted for willfully disobeying the law after a court ordered him to stop singling out drivers based on ethnicity and detaining them without charges. Arpaio, who first took office in 1993, rose to national prominence for his crackdown on illegal immigration, earning the nickname "America's toughest sheriff" along the way."

"He defied the orders of US District Court Judge G. Murray Snow to stop the racial profiling that was the subject of civil rights litigation. On July 31, when US District Court Judge Susan Bolton found Arpaio guilty of criminal contempt for disobeying Snow's orders dating to 2011, she said: "Not only did (Arpaio) abdicate responsibility, he announced to the world and to his subordinates that he was going to continue business as usual no matter who said otherwise.""
