TWEETY TRUMP'S PARDON OF MR. Gallagher IS A WAR CRIME OF ITSELF!
Witnesses have refused to testify, while Gallagher bragged about his war crimes. While some navy Seals decided to testify, many decided not to do so.
Mr. Gallagher undermines military discipline in a way, from all the stories of his bragging, that can lead to a My Lia in Afghanistan.
There are better arguments for Mr. Gallagher to defend himself than insulting the court and the Navy leadership and his brother Seals.
He could have argued extenuating circumstances, and he probably did, but they were BS.
He could have argued Tweety Trump gave the military virtual carte blanche to fight the battle, but that would not serve him well in the light of the Code the Seals live by.
Mr. Gallagher could have even argued he was confused by the rules, the fog of war, the complexity of his mission, and political interference, which he probably tired all (his lawyers did, I hope).
Maybe Mr. Gallagher had poor lawyers. Or politically motivated lawyers?
BUT what I see is Mr. Gallagher wants to leave the military, live on like LTC Ollie North who literally confessed to the Ronald Reagan Iran-Contra Crime, and make lots of money.
My opinion is that Mr. Gallagher wants to be a Tweety Trump butt-boy, wants 15 minutes of fame, and wants to make money like Ollie North is making by betraying his country and the Navy and the Seals by profiting on his war crimes after whining to Fox News.
Mr. Gallagher is a Fox man now, a state asset.
Mr. Gallagher probably appealed his conviction, and the court review the evidence and testimony again, and found him guilty again.
Idiots for Fox write the court did what is called PC? Courts rule on evidence, not on trends. It is sour grapes to think the court is PC. Why not call the military court part of the Deep State, like all the other BS cast on us by many Fox idiots.
American soldiers fight with honor. We do not take killing as a pleasure, but rather as a duty. When we kill, we kill, but we do not brag or otherwise disdain the dead. The dead are dead.

"One of the members of Gallagher’s unit — Alpha Platoon, SEAL Team 7 — is expected to testify that Gallagher confessed that he “killed four women,” according to Naval Criminal Investigative Service files and legal records provided to Navy Times.Two other SEAL petty officers told investigators Gallagher bragged about slaying “10-20 people a day or 150-200 people on deployment,” court documents state.
And a fellow sniper intends to tell the panel that Gallagher claimed, “he averaged three kills a day over 80 days,” according to legal filings obtained by Navy Times.Three other SEALs are slated to say their platoon chief took "random shots, sometimes into buildings, where he claimed to have killed someone,” similar filings allege.
One of the SEALs overhead the chief say he was “OK with shooting women” and another saw him “fire into a crowd of what appeared to be noncombatants multiple times," records state."
No war crimes case is a slam dunk for many obvious reasons, and military justice is no different.
"Investigators found no bodies, so no autopsies were performed.
Photographic and video images reviewed by Navy Times seem fragmentary and inconclusive. Multiple pieces of GoPro footage are missing and prosecutors say they can’t locate them.
Text messages and other digital conversations involving Gallagher can appear damning at times, but they’ve been described by the chief’s supporters as dark humor, the talk of rough men who have experienced a great deal of combat, maybe the voice of an exasperated SEAL who believes he’s being railroaded by accusers and superiors.
Analysis of a knife confiscated from Gallagher will only say that it suggests traces of the cells of an Iraqi man, but it can’t be linked to any known victim, prosecutors concede.
So Gallagher’s trial ultimately will ask a panel of officers and senior enlisted sailors to weigh the credibility of witnesses — mostly junior SEALs — testifying about what they allegedly saw or heard, and then evaluate their possible motives for expressing their recollections that way.
Assuming that the witnesses even show up — at least three of them have threatened to assert their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination and refuse to testify, according to emails provided to Navy Times."
But I have to wonder why Gallagher felt it necessary to go to Fox & Friends, the most Tweety Trump supportive state media, and slam the case. Is his motive defense or what? It looks suspicious to me.
It looks to me that Mr. Gallagher was NOT simply bragging about his crimes when he told the other Seals what he was doing, told them about his war crimes. But of course, when he is outed, he says he didn't say it. Sounds like a perfect match with Tweety Trump, the pathological liar.
If these allegations are true, Mr. Gallagher is what is the worst of the worst, a My Lai type murderer, a type soldier called a rogue soldier. He is surely a serial murderer based on what his peers describe.
The pardon may seem innocuous to many, not to me. To me I sense Tweety Trump is up to something much bigger, very ugly, and I see a plan by Tweety to undermine National Security, to take control of the military for personal gain.
Dictator Franco killed thousands of Spanish liberals to establish his conservative bastion. Could Tweety Trump envision using the United States Army to retain the White House and govern our country?
Mr. Gallagher goes on Fox News for what purpose? A war crime is based on morals, and you disdain morals by YOUR EGOTISTICAL, self-serving defense. You would be a better man by admitting taking a pic, and being part of the unnecessary killing of a teenage terrorist enemy is wrong. You would be a better man admitting it might be a war crime, at least, even though it IS a war crime at its worst.

"Navy SEAL Edward Gallagher mocked one of the "mean girl" witnesses to his accused 2017 war crimes for "crying," and went on to thank President Donald Trump and claimed that top military officials with "egos" are "meddling" in his case."
I see some resemblance of Gallagher with Tweety here, as he bullies the witness against him. But of course Gallagher does not like the witness.
"Gallagher mocked his accusers and detractors, including Navy Rear Admiral Collin Green, whom he called "insubordinate" and having too much "ego." Gallagher said he plans to expose next week how the Secretary of the Navy, Richard Spencer, was "meddling in my case and trying to get organizations not to support me."
"This is all about ego and retaliation, this has nothing to do with good order or discipline. They could have taken my trident at any time they wanted. Now they're trying to take it after the president restored my rank," Gallagher said, before threatening to expose top Navy officials of corruption."
Lobbying for every cheating ounce you can get Mr. Gallagher? Go ahead, sell your holy soul to Tweety Trump. Demean military discipline that has maintained order for over 100 years, thru two World Wars, Korea and other battles! Even the war crimes of Viet Nam were prosecuted, although one criminal was pardoned for the My Lai massacre.

Political Correctness is the military justice system is IMPOSSIBLE! That is not hos it works! More than a civilian court, the military justice system has established rules and standards to which compliance is mandatory! Gallagher, along with lower-ranking SEALs, took a photo with the corpse and texted it with the caption “good story behind this, got him with my hunting knife.” But another SEAL reversed his testimony to say that he, not Gallagher, killed the wounded teenager by closing off an inserted breathing tube. Gallagher’s only conviction was for taking the photo and he was released for time served. Trump pardoned Lorance and Golsteyn and reversed Gallagher’s demotion in rank."
LTC Vindman proved what character, and true courage and patriotism is about, as he risked all to testify what he knows about Tweety Trump's black mail of Ukraine. Tweety Trump is extremely vindictive, as is the cult-following GOP. Vindman knew Fox News would slander him, and they did, calling him a traitor.
So how does this compare to Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Gallagher? Gallagher does not deserve to carry Vindman's coat. Gallagher cannot hold a candle to the courage of Vindman.
PCO Gallagher had someone take a picture of him proudly standing with a DEAD enemy. That is ugly at best, a real-life war crime that Gallagher knew about as a Navy Seal. What did the picture accomplish?
Soldiers need a conscience to fight, and, if necessary, kill the enemy. But posing over a body? Gallagher proudly, arrogantly discarded his honor and conscience.
Gallagher was convicted of this war crime in an honorable military court proceedings where he presented a defense. There is no legal defense for the pic over a dead man. Gallagher lost in court and a man would own the crime. If you cannot do the time, do not do the crime.
Gallagher was convicted of a war crime. Yep. I am repeating the fact for effect. CONVICTED.
Who thinks military justice is not just? The court system does not work with a standard of "fair." War crimes have nothing to do with what is "fair."
The war crime court is not like a movie. Gallagher's act was a real war crime. An honorable Navy Seal owns the deed, Gallagher does not own his bad deeds.
Gallagher's act was a crime. To make it worse, after the pardon, Gallagher displayed a sick arrogance that shames the Navy, and the proud, venerable fighting group he was part of, the Navy Seals.

A good soldier does not blame the military for discipline. A good soldier, a loyal soldier acts like a moral person. A disciplined soldier does not blame the military courts for HIS failures.
Tweety Trump is praising Chief Petty Officer Gallagher for a WAR CRIME! Gallagher is NOT a good soldier in any way, shape, or form, and deserves a court martial, and the worst possible judgement and punishment.

President Trump weighed in on the decision on Twitter, accusing the Navy of mishandling the Gallagher case and mentioning cost overruns in unspecified contracts.

But the Gallagher case illustrates how an irascible, vengeful commander in chief is ready to override traditional limits to aid political allies in foreign policy, law enforcement and now military matters."
How did Gallagher's conviction get Tweety's attention in the first place. He is a Navy Seal? He is a "good guy?' Nope. Giuliani buddies took up the call to "unconvict" the criminal and bury the war crime. The USA seems to like war crimes anyway ever since George Bush withdrew the US from the international war crimes courts process.

For Navy commanders who have worried about eroding discipline in a SEAL force that’s lionized in movies and television, and protected by presidential diktat, Spencer’s most ominous line was: “I no longer share the same understanding with the commander in chief who appointed me, in regards to the key principle of good order and discipline.”"
Believe me Mr. Gallagher, the new Fox News hero for Trump, you can be absolutely certain the Secretary of the Navy, General Mattis, and other honorable military leaders, AND your peers, are NOT driven by ego anywhere near YOUR EGO.
