Tweety is practicing authoritarian capitalism, but of course, this rigged form of capitalism was here before Tweety arrived.

America is a country where TV stations are being bought up by American oligarchs, e.g. Sinclair Broadcasting Group (SBG), extremist "apparatchik" judges are being appointed to courts, work is underway to squelch,  silence the press, propaganda is rampant to destroy the FBI and the CIA, the Defense Department is being praised and raised to the highest thrones of honor, for future use to control the populace, law enforcement is taking freedoms rom minorities and immigrants without recourse to legal remedies, e.g., black while running is a fatal offense, and worse, Trumpists, and the GOP supports every bit of this tyranny.
