They say strange and funny things come from the mouths of babes. From the mouth of babies, rake forests to prevent fires! Insult victims, ignore facts, deny truth.
Tweety once again stumbles on exactly the wrong thing to say to victims of a disaster.
Who works for Trump that let him say stupid things like rake the forest and prevent forest fires? . . . "utter nonsense" . . .

What’s more, the biologist says that raking the forests would do more harm than good when it comes to the overall health of the trees.
“The continuously falling needles and twigs, when they decay, return important nutrients back to the forest trees,” he writes. “Removing them regularly would deprive the trees and other plants from the bulk of long-term nutrients, not to speak of the extremely complex mesh of nutrient chains of thousands of other forest organisms, from fungi and insects to birds and mammals.” '
Victim shaming Puerto Rico because it had not worked on its power grid before a hurricane! Tweety tossed paper towels!
Suggesting dead church goers or people at a bar or concert could have can saved themselves if they carried guns! Schools would have few mass shootings or at least the bad guy would be dead if teachers had guns!
More guns at a mass shooting is like bringing a torch to a fire!

"President Trump’s visit Saturday to the fire-ravaged California town of Paradise seemed to be going fine, until he began explaining his understanding of forest policy. Apparently, California needs to buy more rakes.
“You gotta take care of the floors. You know the floors of the forest, very important,” Trump told reporters, as Gov. Jerry Brown and Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom stood nearby. “You look at other countries where they do it differently and it’s a whole different story. I was with the president of Finland and he called it a forest nation, and they spend a lot of time on raking and cleaning and doing things and they don’t have any problem. And when they do, it’s a very small problem.”
[Tweety did not talk to the Finland Prez is my guess. This is embarrassing. Yes, Tweety, the world iS laughing at us, especially in Finland! He makes things up! SOCIOPATH!]
Trump appeared to be talking about the need to thin forests that are overgrown from decades of fire suppression, something that Brown accelerated this fall when he signed a law approving $1 billion in state money over the next five years for forest thinning projects and controlled burns. Trump did not mention the role of drought or climate change in drying out the state’s forests, or power lines. Or the fact that many of the fires, particularly in Southern California, aren’t burning in forests at all, but in chaparral, or that fact that this one began in an area of federal land, the Plumas National Forest. His communications staff immediately cut off further questions."
It's worth repeating the words to emphasize just how idiotic and asinine the words were:

My God, the man is a country bumpkin, a completely unsocialized idiot. He lies or is confused about California and Finland! Donald Trump is really very mich like an 8 year old boy in an adult world. He does not get it.

Trump likely lied about talking to the Finland President. "Truthful hyperbole" make Tweety look very, very foolish OFTEN.
Americans are starting to see through Tweety's lies, his fear mongering, and his bullying.
But there's more - areas where Trump lies do not hold the attention of Americans are areas where the people know the truth and are actually acting against Trump's nationalist ideas.

Greg went after a fact-based reason Tweety hurt Republican efforts at the mid-terms, but I think there is a social psychological reason - people recognize and are tired of Tweety lies.
