Common sense tells smart people the Wall on our southern border is not a priority.

"Congress is ready to pass a bill to avoid a shutdown — but Trump hasn't said whether he'll sign it"
  - The Senate will introduce a bill to keep the government running into February, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says.
  - Lawmakers need to pass spending measures by midnight Friday to avoid a shutdown.
  - President Donald Trump's demand for border wall money threatened a lapse in funding.

President Trump did not sign it.  So Mitch "turtles," says he will not vote on anything until the Prez says he will sign it (but, of course, he said he would sign a prior bill and reneged.)

Common sense tells mature people that shutting the government to get the Trump Wall is fool-hardy.  Two truths: the Wall will not stop drugs as they come thru port of entry, crime will not be affected as illegals do not commit the highest rate of crime.

Common sense tells us the fault and foolishness of the Trump and McConnel team is harming the country, and hurting their politics.

Common sense tells you House Speaker Pilosi MUST hold out against the kidnappers who want to destroy the power of the First Branch of government, the United States Congress

Common sense will tell you our country cannot stray from truth and reality where we know the Wall is merely a campaign albatross around President Trump's neck, now making agreement of any sort on his base's Wall impossible!

President Trump and Mitch McConnell should be fired!

"With the government now in the midst of its third shutdown under President Donald Trump’s leadership — the longest in US history — there’s no sugarcoating it: One of the legislative branch’s most basic functions has broken down.

Congress has let funding for federal agencies lapse again because the president is demanding funding for a southern border wall, a pet project that doesn’t have enough support in Congress to pass."

THREE times the Government has been shut by Trump.
