Americans can solve problems and achieve agreements despite conservative and liberal ideas as long as we all are honest brokers of the facts. Don't stop gathering facts until you have them ALL. Don't stop collecting relevant information until you have the context and culture of the so-called opposing view.
The Trevon Martin shooting, and the Furgeson, Missouri shootings are two examples where we can come to an understanding where we agree I think. It is too easy, even sloppy, to conclude anything about these two shootings without ALL the facts. And without all the facts in the discussion we can oh create acrimony in sorting about what happened, why it happened, and who, if anyone, is at fault.
A challenging aspect of trying to get the facts tho is an atmosphere of leaks, like recent info from an understanding-named source announced by the Republican Chair on the Congressional Intelligence Committee, which was not disclosed to his Democratic counterpart. It is divisive for either party representative to announce supposedly real facts when they are not announced JOINTLY. How can a anyone think a one-sided, vague, anonymous sourced disclosure helps the dialogue? It looked like a desperate move on the part of the Republican rep. What did he think he would accomplish? His act only leaves innuendo and MORE distrust of all these announcements.
Fake news from House Intelligence committee, or wishful thinking, or what? What is this guy doing, "judgement call." Sounds like FBI Director Comey. We never reveal our sources. Interesting. "Incidental collection from Trump transition team." Looks ugly, really. Self serving, helps or not? Left too many questions so should have NOT disclosed.
Arrogant as usual . . . Tweety's answer is that of an adolescent when asked about his failing administration and lack of trust of his statements: "I can't be doing so badly, I'm President, and you're not."
lol!! Oh Tweety is so very cleaver with his retort to the question of America unable to trust him. Delusional too.
Time article asking Tweety about his "mis-statements" (arrogant falsehoods) got this answer. Twenty says wait long enough and he will be proven right - not true. What is true us that the media devours Tweety lies.
