Castle shot seven (7) times so he could interesting against murderous cop, OR SUE the force?  Which?  Both?  There is NO DOUBT the cop wanted Castile 1. DEAD, 2. DEAD, 3. DEAD, 4. DEAD, 5. DEAD, 6. DEAD, 7. DEAD!

The conclusions of the latest shooting of a black man who has not committed a crime makes it hard for a black man to know what to do to avoid being shot - wearing a hoody, run away, run toward, walk away, have a gun, not have a gun, drive toward, drive away .  .  .

And the NRA says not one word.  Oh, ater being "outed" on the omission, the NRA comments.

Cowardly NRA did not even mention the dead man's name!  Racist assholes!

"After being called out for not commenting on the death of a black man shot by police in Minnesota,  the National Rifle Association issued a statement Friday calling the situation “troubling.”

The statement appeared to refer to the killing of Philando Castile, the man shot by a Falcon Heights, Minn., police officer after a traffic stop for a busted tail light. The comment, however, did not mention Castile by name."

The reports from Minnesota are troubling and must be thoroughly investigated,” the statement posted on Twitter reads. “In the meantime, it is important for the NRA not to comment while the investigation is ongoing.”"

More.

"The gun rights organization had faced criticism from many after they remained silent immediately following the Castile shooting on Wednesday, but issued a statement on Friday condemning the shooting of police officers in Dallas that happened overnight Thursday."

More.

"Rep. Cedric Richmond (D-La.), a member of the Congressional Black Caucus, questioned the actions of the organization at a press conference Friday, accusing the group of hypocrisy for not commenting on Castile’s death while championing conceal carry laws.

“The hypocrisy there is so blatant,” he said. “I always thought the NRA was not concerned about me. And I hunt and I fish and I own a gun. But the last few days have clarified it for me — that their Second Amendment concern is not a voice of concern for African Americans. And I just believe that we cannot give them a pass on not making a comment.”"

Really?  The NRA has never hesitated for an investigation before this.

Pretty ugly stuff.  But no surprise whatsoever for an organization probably 90% white power, "redneck."

"Minn. officer acquitted in shooting of Philando Castile during traffic stop, dismissed from police force"

"The Minnesota police officer who fatally shot Philando Castile during a traffic stop was acquitted on all charges by a jury Friday, a decision that came nearly a year after the encounter was partially streamed online to a rapt nation in the midst of a painful reckoning over shootings by law enforcement.

Officer Jeronimo Yanez pulled Castile’s car over in Falcon Heights, a suburb near Minneapolis and St. Paul, and the officer later said he thought Castile matched the description of a suspect in a robbery. The stop quickly escalated.

Yanez fired into the car, saying later he thought Castile was going for his gun, a claim Castile’s girlfriend, sitting in the seat next to him, disputed."

Final "VERDICT" is more truthful.

"Officials in St. Anthony, Minn., where Yanez worked as a police officer, said he will not return to the police department from leave after the trial. They said they have decided “the public will be best served if Officer Yanez is no longer a police officer in our city.”"

The Real issue is racism . . .

Colion Noir says Friday ruling that police officer Jeronimo Yanez would not be convicted in the death of Castile is ‘just wrong’ and ‘covert racism is a real thing’

"However, the group’s most prominent black commentator, Colion Noir, is speaking out about the decision.

“Yanez walking away from this case a free and clear man is just wrong,” Noir wrote in an impassioned online post on Sunday. Though he despised “race-baiting”, Noir wrote, “covert racism is a real thing and is very dangerous."
