Roy Moore's wife is standing by her man. That is understandable for several reasons, one being a lust for stature and power, another is denial, and it could be blind love. At least nine (9) women have reported Roy as having immoral contact; even by Alabama's antiquated standards of the '70s Roy Moore is NOT an acceptable representative of the people of Alabama. But now Alabama's largest newspaper is pleading for moral reality in votes, going all the way to say vote the democrat in for God and goodness sake.
Roy was surely a different man 40 years ago, and no doubt has changed in some ways. But how has Roy changed, and can we believe he HAS changed for the betterment of America? If Roy was not running for the Senate, it probably would not matter, but he IS running for the Senate so it matters a LOT!
I just watched a TV commercial for toothpaste where an interviewer asked a female golfer was "How's your love life?" The commercial was unbelievably sexist! So with commercials like this representing America of the times, we can attribute the attitude toward females as sex objects to explain Roy's bad behavior. There is no doubt sexist commercials, and societal attitudes toward women in the '70s affected his attitude and behavior.
The '60s attitude toward women was"make love, not war," and the practice of free love was everywhere; there was an openness to sex for all, at any time, in any way.
BUT, Come on man! It is 2017 now. We left the '60s and '70s long ago. Roy would have been better off explain his bad behavior rather than denying it!
An aside for some Al Franken haters. What Al did was STUPID, maybe two women (so far), but not, NOT equivalent to Roy Moore, not even as bad as Donald Trump's admission he grabs pussies because he can. Tweety is far worse than Al because 16 women have been molested by Tweety!
The Evangelicals who remain staunch supporters of this obviously tarnished man can forgive Roy's sins, that is a Christian duty. Forgive, but do not forget! Do not allow Roy to take his hypocrisy to Congress. DO NOT vote for Roy Moore. Let God determine Roy's next job, not you, and do not add his hypocritical, UN-Christian lying face in the Senate.
Alabamans, some of them, say/think their support of Moore are criticized because "Libtards" do not like Christians. No, the criticisms from more than liberals you call "Libtards," is disgust in that your "Evilgelical" (Evangelicals)non-Christian beliefs and behaviors, hating gays and judging when you live in a glass house. Judge not less ye be judged! You are not Christian. You cherry pick Bible verses and use it as a weapon of hate! The Alabama Evangelicals supporting Roy Moore are NOT truly Christian.
I will grant that the Roy Moore sexual proclivities, his sexual dating "appetite" 40 years ago might have been OK THEN; even his abuse of power might have been an Alabama thing. OK in the South, in the "Confederacy," b But they are NOT right for 2017. What might have been "normal" for Alabama for the times when he committed the assaults must be faced up to in 2017. Roy Moore at the ROOT abused his power over young women, PERIOD.
I will grant as well that people change, and maybe Roy's version of "Christian" is an improvement over what he was, but his version of "Christina" Is 2017 is a blasphemy, and is NOT Christian.
Roy Moore condemns, judges who are more times than not better people, BETTYER CHRISTIANS than he is. Roy hates gay people, which means one of two things: he fears them, or he is himself gay.
Roy Moore uses the Bible as a weapon which is NOT CHRISTIAN. Real Christians will not support Roy Moore, PERIOD.

Forgive, but do not forget, and require penance, so Roy can confess his sins and repent his crimes against very young, innocent girls.
