A lot of us are racist, but a lot of our racism is not acted on and not many of us can inflicted any real pain on any race we tend to discriminate against. The racism that matters is that which hurts people.

Trump’s real-estate company tried to avoid renting apartments to African-Americans in the 1970s and gave preferential treatment to whites, according to the federal government.
