Bill O'Reilly just went Sean Hannity on Megyn Kelly. Bill should have held up the National Enquirer as a source to complete the picture.
Is it Sean O'Reilly and Bill Hannity now?
Even if you hate Sean, Bill, you joined Sean at the lowest level of journalism.
O'Reilly thinking he needed to express his sexist view IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, i.e., being "loyal" to "The Company" (FOX), by this suggesting loyalty to a very senior leader apparently guilty of various forms of sexual abuse of lower ranking, less powerful employees OVER MANY YEARS on MANY WOMEN, is blind to the reality.
If this were a slip up by one senior leader one time, maybe HR can handle it, Bill. HR was not equipped to handle documenting and punishing Roger Ailes' abuses. Roger is FOX. What was HR going to do Bill?
The worst thing Bill does with his blast is prove an abusive culture in FOX. How many other FOX leaders are upset with Kelly and want to blast her?
Men can still say what they want; this is not about the PC bull shit where men should be able to say anything they want without being "PC." This is about clarity and respecting victim rights, not inhibiting free speech, i.e., the PC thing.
Rather than calling for "loyalty" to The Company because they write a paycheck, Bill should be supporting Kelly. Employment is not prostitution, Bill, where the paycheck allows The Company a right to sexually abuse anyone.
When senior males think they need to blame the victim, saying abuse needs to be kept private, they prove how myopic / blind they can be. What about other women victims over the years, Bill? What about women considering working for FOX now and in the future, Bill? What specific things has FOX done to eliminate sexual abuse in The Company Bill.
Bill, you would do better being "loyal" to honesty and respecting victim rights, values FOX apparently lost a long time ago, as long as Ailes has been abusing women.
Blasting Kelly was ignorant, and served to justify publicly outing the FOX predator culture. The public outing of FOX by Kelly was ESSENTIAL, and Bill's blast proves it. Kelly goes public, as is often the need where the company culture has gone bad, for the sake of women in "The Company" they should be "loyal" to according to Bill's words.

The question I have for FOX is whether they will step up to the sexual abuse fray and temper stupid misogynist comments by Bill and Sean
Man up and get real, FOX! Rape by word or act, sexual predation by powerful people on men or women is real and BAD, BAD,BAD!
