When Tweety was asked about firing missiles into Syria, in a TV video interview, during his meeting with China's leader, he first spoke of the amazing chocolate cake he was served. That was sick in every way imaginable. Ugly.
Tweety proudly said to the interviewer that he told the Chinese leader he just fired 59 missiles into Iraq! The interviewer had to remind him it was Syria, not Iraq, that he sent missiles to Syria!
The Chinese leader had to think Tweety was joking. No SANE world leader says that kind of thing over dinner, AND GLOATS! Tweety sounded demented.
The President is a bit off I'd say. At 70 years old he might have memory issues.

"The United States started out as 13 small and vulnerable colonies clinging to the east coast of North America. Over the next century, those original 13 states expanded all the way across the continent, subjugating or exterminating the native population and wresting Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California from Mexico. It fought a bitter civil war, acquired a modest set of overseas colonies, and came late to both world wars. But since becoming a great power around 1900, it has fought nearly a dozen genuine wars and engaged in countless military interventions."
