Megyn Kelly tempts me to say a pretty lady can be pretty STUPID!  Oh wait, she IS STUPID.

YOU ARE A LIGHTWEIGHT MEGYN, STILL THAT FOX HOLE PERSONALITY.

Jane Fonda tried to stop war crimes by the US, what have you done for the US?

United States committed war crimes in Viet Nam, and America is sorry for our war crimes.  America did not interpret events in South East Asia correctly.  We thought we were protecting South Korea, but it turns out we were doing much more harm than good.  Since the end of the war, America has tried to fix what we did to Viet Name.

JANE FONDA IS SORRY FOR HER PARTICULAR PROTEST, AND HAS PUBLICLY APOLOGIZED AND DONE WHAT SHE CAN TO MAKE UP FOR HER PROTESTS.

Jane Fonda owned up to her mistake, and she will live with her pain for doing what she did forever.

Tell us, Megyn, have you owned up for any of your racist, bigoted Fox News rants?  Have you ever apologized for any of the shit you spat out on TV while whoring for Fox News?

"Can Megyn Kelly Escape Her Past?"
Fox News’s former star has downplayed her full role in an ugly election.

Caitlin Flanagan              March 2017 Issue

",  ,  ,  during one of her interviews on the subject of race and policing, interrupt a black guest to ask her whether she’d ever called white people “crackers” was to see Kelly in action."

More.

"Megyn Kelly arrived at Fox at age 33, in 2004, with almost no experience in the field. As a teenager, she had not heeded her mother’s warning that “they don’t give scholarships for cheerleading.” She was popular, boy-crazy, obsessed with her weight, and the shining star of her high-school sorority."

More.  She was hired by Fox, Roger Ailes, and trained by Roger . . .

"Ailes taught Kelly how to adjust her on-air personality for maximum effectiveness, an area of expertise in which he is without rival. (He is the person who suggested that Richard Nixon warm up his image by touching Pat more often when they were on camera together, a small price to pay for bombing Cambodia to his heart’s content.)"

More.  She interviewed people anyway she wanted.

"Kelly is an unbelievably talented broadcaster—smart, funny, quick-witted, and able to handle a bit of fluff with as much zeal as she tackles a serious story. There can’t have been anyone more telegenic in the history of the business. Her understanding of the legal aspects of news stories and her tendency to conduct interviews as hostile cross-examinations (“Stay in bounds!” “I’ve already ceded the point!” “Don’t deflect!”) made her a riveting journalist-entertainer, the Fox ideal."

More.  Then she went after sex assault victims . . . Maybe for good reason, but not PC, of course.

"One night she went into a rant about the new federal guidelines on college sexual-assault adjudication: “Once you are accused, you’re done,” she shouted, speaking up for male students. “You can’t have a lawyer in there representing you, and the rules say, ‘Don’t allow the accused to cross-examine the accuser, because it could be intimidating and threatening for her.’ Well—she might be a liar! She might deserve a little intimidation!”"

More.  But Megyn has a mean streak a mile wide when she gets going.  She seek ratings above all, of course.  Kelly tried to say Obama starte dhis political career with an American terrorist.

"Kelly’s rise to national attention, in 2014, featured a different sort of spectacle. She conducted her career-making interview with Bill Ayers, a co-founder of the Weather Underground, whom Fox never expected to land as a guest and whom Kelly calls “the gift that kept on giving.” In Settle for More, she describes the background to that exceptional event this way: “During the 2008 election, it was reported that Barack Obama launched his career in Bill Ayers’s living room. That was a little inflated. They were both in Chicago and in the same social justice circles, and Ayers had a cocktail party for the then aspiring politician.”

There's a lot to Kelly's Bill Ayers rant,  and it helped her career a lot.  Read the article for more.  Megyn is a closet racist.

".  .  .  why has she left her vigorous—and much discussed—interviews about the Black Lives Matter movement out of Settle for More? In her memoir, she observes that Fox News anchors are frequent targets of unfair accusations of racism. That bothers Kelly, who regularly and appreciatively hosts black conservatives on her show. But to see her segments on Black Lives Matter—which first aired as the primaries were getting under way and continued until the general election itself—was to see how Fox often stirred up racial anger among its viewers, a kind of anger that was crucial fuel for the Republican outcome Roger Ailes so desired."

More?  Megyn is a racist.  After working to get a guest to angrily respond to her pokes and loud and heated words, she got her wish.

"Hughley said that Fox didn’t acknowledge racism. “That’s insulting,” she told him sharply, and gestured toward the camera. “You’ve just insulted millions of people watching this channel.”

[guest, or more likely, "victim," comedian and radio host D. L. Hughley ] “And you know what? I’m insulted by the things I hear on this network, so we’re even,” he said. “I could care less about insulting people who insult me on a daily basis.” At the end of the segment, Kelly thanked Hughley crisply and then rolled her eyes at the audience: This is what we’re dealing with." [Yes, Kelly is what WE are dealing with; a pompous ass!]

She bad!  Tricky bitch for sho!

"During the Republican National Convention in August, sitting in a skybox awaiting a speech by the black conservative sheriff David Clarke, she introduced her TV audience to Malik Shabazz, the president of Black Lawyers for Justice and a former president of the New Black Panthers Party. Shabazz is a radical—an anti-Zionist who believes that Jews dominated the Atlantic slave trade and were involved in the 9/11 attacks, he is in a sense far more radical than Bill Ayers—but Kelly did not tell the audience that. Nor did she tell them that she had had Shabazz on her show in the past."

Long story short, Megyn used shit on Shabazz to inspire racial anger at best, and he shot back his crap to add fuel to a fire Megyn hoped for.  Read the article, but read all you can about Megyn Fox News crap and you'll see why she is a lightweight compared to Jane Fonda.

US War Crimes - a LONG list, I am sorry to say.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_war_crimes

"United States war crimes are the violations of the laws and customs of war of which the United States Armed Forces are accused of committing since the signing of the Hague Conventions of 1899 and 1907. These have included the summary execution of captured enemy combatants, the mistreatment of prisoners during interrogation (torture), and the use of violence against civilian non-combatants.

War crimes can be prosecuted in the United States through the War Crimes Act of 1996. However, the U.S. Government, which strongly opposes the International Criminal Court (ICC) treaty, believing it is seriously flawed, does not accept ICC jurisdiction over its nationals."

US does not accept jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, of course, the US does not want to be held accountable for its war crimes.

USA was never charged with a war crime for the at in Viet Nam, but everything we did to Viet Nam, Cmbodia, Thailand, and surrounding areas defines WAR CRIME.

It took EXTREME COURAGE to stand up against the US Government for it's war in Viet Name.  It takes extreme courage by a peace loving people, truly good and kind people, to stand up to the American government any time, like the protests against WWI.  Protesters are brutalized, even murdered, in the USA, all the time, even if the protestors are true patriots.

"Vietnam War Protests"

http://www.history.com/topics/vietnam-war/vietnam-war-protests

"The movement against U.S. involvement in the Vietnam War began small–among peace activists and leftist intellectuals on college campuses–but gained national prominence in 1965, after the United States began bombing North Vietnam in earnest. Anti-war marches and other protests, such as the ones organized by Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), attracted a widening base of support over the next three years, peaking in early 1968 after the successful Tet Offensive by North Vietnamese troops proved that war’s end was nowhere in sight."

Jane Fonda had a LOT of company that correctly protested the justice of the war.

"In mid-1971, the publication of the first Pentagon Papers–which revealed previously confidential details about the war’s conduct–caused more and more Americans to question the accountability of the U.S. government and military establishments. In response to a strong anti-war mandate, Nixon announced the effective end to U.S. involvement in Southeast Asia in January 1973."

Megyn Kelly's "courage" springs from racism and bigotry and homophobia, her biggest achievement is to insist Santa Clause is white.  Wow!

Megyn, go back in your "Fox Hole" and blather about White Privilege, or illegal DACA immigrants, Obama, or something you do better.

"The Megyn Kelly-Jane Fonda drama, explained"
By Elahe Izadi         January 22, 2018

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/arts-and-entertainment/wp/2018/01/22/the-megyn-kelly-jane-fonda-drama-explained/?utm_term=.3eff0e2c8ba4

"Megyn Kelly issued a pretty intense clap-back against Jane Fonda on her NBC show Monday morning — the kind of researched, public dressing down you’d expect to see on a cable news show, not a network morning show where cheery banter is more the norm.

In just three minutes, the former Fox News host managed to go from addressing a plastic surgery-question tiff to lambasting Fonda’s Vietnam War history and questioning the actress’s patriotism."

Dear Megyn: You know nothing of the '60s and the Viet Nam war mistakes made by the United States!  Nothing!  You also do not have ANY RIGHT to criticize Jane Fonda's role and statement during the Viet Name war where American soldiers and the American Government committed war crimes against the entirety of Viet Nam, both North AND south.  You know nothing of how Nixon took the war into Cambodia and inspired the Khmer Rouge slaughters of millions of Cambodians.

So . . . SHUT THE F**K UP!

"Kelly played clips of the actress talking about her appearance and showing photos of her in Vietnam. Some members of the studio audience could be heard laughing at times, as Kelly’s tone ping-ponged between snarky and serious."

The nastiness started on Kelly's show when she asked Jane Fonda about her plastic surgery, UNNECESSARILY AND WITH NO REASON TO DO SO.  The show was about a new movie, not about Jane Fonda.

Megyn Kelly was being the nasty FOX News Kelly.

"“You admit you’ve had work done, which I think is to your credit, but you look amazing,” Kelly said. “Why did you say — I read that you said you felt you’re not proud to admit that you’ve had work done. Why not?”

“We really want to talk about that now?!” Fonda replied, looking incredulous."

WTF!?  Kelly being Fox Kelly, no surprise.

"During a Saturday interview about the Sundance premiere of Fonda’s documentary, Variety asked Fonda if she’d ever go on Kelly’s show again, and the actress said, “Sure.”

“So, you weren’t upset that she asked about your plastic surgery?” Variety asked.

“No. It wasn’t like I was upset. I was stunned. It was so inappropriate,” Fonda said. “It showed that she’s not that good an interviewer. But if she comes around and learns her stuff, sure.”"

So Kelly reaches for her Trumpist bully "button" and gets real nasty, or at least she thinks she is being nasty to the 80+ year old journeyman actress.

"

Kelly then cited Fonda’s controversial Vietnam War history:

Many of our veterans still call her “Hanoi Jane” thanks to her radio broadcasts, which attempted to shame American troops. She posed on an antiaircraft gun used to shoot down our American pilots. She called our POWs hypocrites and liars and referred to their torture as understandable. Even she had to apologize years later for that gun picture, but not for the rest of it."

WTF, again!  Kelly, stop being a bitch!  You are only proving Fonda right!

"Megyn Kelly Picked the Wrong Fight with the Wrong Woman"

By Rae Alexandra January 22, 2018

https://ww2.kqed.org/pop/2018/01/22/megyn-kelly-picked-the-wrong-fight-with-the-wrong-woman/

"Then last week, Fonda’s Grace and Frankie co-star Lily Tomlin made a crack about the incident when the two appeared on The Today Show. Commenting that she and Fonda had been friends for a long time, Tomlin said: “I think before your first facelift…”
Fonda quipped back: “Who are you? Megyn Kelly?”
Hoda Kotb loved it so much, she almost fell off her chair."

OK, now here we go.

".  .  what Megyn Kelly seems to have forgotten is that Jane Fonda has always looked amazing. She is not an exceptional beauty at 80 because of surgery, she is an exceptional beauty at 80 because she started from a genetically blessed vantage point

More.

"The other point that Kelly has missed is that most women of Fonda’s age don’t need or want to hear discussions about plastic surgery. Women who have been alive for a half century or longer are well aware of what normal aging looks like and, in turn, what it looks like when someone has paid for an aesthetic boost. They also know that, actually, stars aren’t like us; they have more time and money for beautification, they have more pressure on them to look a certain way, and they have far less fun with food."

What will Kelly look like at 80+?  Your nose will be VERY ugly Megyn, so get it fixed early, or have you already had it done?

The Viet Name War protests were justified Ms Kelly, and people died saying it was wrong.  HISTORY HAS PROVEN IT WAS AN ATOCITY.

Megyn, you have picked the wrong war to argue about!  Stupid you!

The bottom line is Kelly is being hypocritical, exactly as I would expect a Fox News expatriate to be.

Megyn Kelly is not a person to disparage others for “controversial” commentary.  Megyn Kelly pandered to the lowest common denominator, the "Trump Base," the Hannity ilk, from her Fox News roost.  Her years of racially derogatory statements and apologizing on behalf of racists, not to mention years of having anti-gay bigots on her show on Fox News as so called “experts” on GLBTQ issues.  This treatment of Jane Fonda reprises her Fox News day, and is the reason why viewers are tuning out on Megyn Kelly on NBC.  Watching sexual predators, hate mongers, White Nationalists, homophobes, bigots and racists on NBC is not anyone's choice.  We go to Fox News for that shit.
