Be careful as you act.  Doing the right thing is not always the right thing.

Real estate deals are often win-lose deals, as are many business deals.  It is often a matter of degrees of difference between win-lose versus win-win.

Therefore, America first is not an excuse for America to end every negotiations with America winning and one counterpart losing.  THAT is a formula for ultimate failures.  In the short term we win, in the long term who knows?  Often more bad than good comes from the win-lose mentality.

Success in today's world REQUIRES negotiatingvfor BOTH sides to benefit, win-win.  In the world exchange, win-lose eventually ends in civil and world wars.
