Ukraine is at war, Russia is attacking to take that nation, and Tweety trump abused his power holding back funds needed to buy defensive weapons for that war!  People were being killed and Tweety can only think of his political gain?

Choose our Republic, or Tweety Trump.  It's that clear cut.  Read!  THINK!

"Hang on a minute, did Trump break the law with his Ukraine call?"
By Annalisa Merelli     November 4, 2019

"Did the president break any laws? [No law need be broken to be impeached.]
To be impeachable, a presidential action does not need to break a law. Still, in this case, his actions might have. If the investigation found that Trump abused his position to gain competitive advantage over his adversary in the election, that would amount to soliciting a valuable contribution to his campaign from a foreign entity, which is forbidden by campaign finance laws. In order to be a criminal violation, a contribution needs to be more than $2,000. But for it to be a civil violation, any amount—monetary or otherwise—will do.

“There are specific campaign laws which prohibit any US citizen, whether it be the president or otherwise, from receiving a benefit or a value from a foreign party,” McCallion said.

So whether or not Trump broke those laws will depend on how lawmakers interpret “value.” Those who support impeachment say Trump was clearly seeking something of value from Ukraine, namely, opposition research on Biden.

That’s made worse by the fact that Trump used military aid in his negotiation, leveraging not his personal fortune, but taxpayer money as a bargaining chip to pressure Ukraine’s president. Since the American government had voted to give the money to Ukraine, Trump withholding it to solicit information that would benefit himself strengthens the argument of the abuse of power, adding another layer of  misconduct."

There is a 1974 law stating the President cannot arbitrarily impound funds appropriated by Congress.

"1974 Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act"
SUMMARY:

"The 1974 Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act modified the role of Congress in the federal budgetary process. It created standing budget committees in both the House and the Senate, established the Congressional Budget Office, and moved the beginning of the fiscal year from July 1 to October 1."

There is a PROCESS the President must follow to impound funds.

"The Act had two main goals: (1) strengthen and centralize Congress' budget authority; (2) reduce the President's impoundment authority. The latter was done by drafting detailed guidelines restricting how the President can impound funds already appropriated by Congress."

Tweety Trump broke this law by formally holding up funds appropriated by Congress.  Is it impeachable?

Is anything impeachable?  Is that really the point?  If Tweety Trump is allowed to pass this "test," WHAT WILL HE DO NEXT?  CAN HE TAKE US TO A HOT WAR WITH CHINA OVER THE TRADE WAR?

So what do these words mean?

ASK YOURSELF IF YOU WANT TO RISK THE REPUBLIC ON TWEETY TRUMP'S NEXT WHIM?  WILL TWEETY SEND TACTICAL NUKES INTO HOLMES, IRAQ TO KILL TERRORISTS?

Consider the movie, "An Acceptable Loss," with it's compelling, realistic scenario of a crazed VP effort to "totally" end the war on terror BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY, including a first use of a tactical nuclear bomb that kills several terror leaders IN iRAQ, maybe 6 terror leaders, all at once, AND 150,000 INNOCENT CIVIIAN NON-COMBATANTS, A WAR CRIME!

What is the worst thing Tweety Trump could do if re-elected for four more years to a position he has proven unable to use in a manner to make Americans proud?  Is power the only currency the GOP and Tweety Trump supporters understand?  Can a short lived boom in the economy, and a complete abandonment of all the diplomacy that kept the peace for over 70 years be worth allowing Tweety Trump to literally do anything he wants?

The worst Tweety can ? Consider the message in the 2019 movie, "An Acceptable Loss."

Review: An Acceptable Loss Is a Morally Urgent B Movie
The film is a cynical critique of American foreign policy wrapped up in an uncluttered narrative that thrives on pulpy thrills.

Cynical or realistic?  You get to choose.  Some choices require a bit of sacrifice, like giving up potential power and re-election for the sake of our Republic.

I get why Tweety Trump, Mobster in Chief in our White House (sorry, could not resist calling his what he acts like, Tony Soprano, The Godfather, and Enforcer) demands LOYALTY!

Do you see Tweety's need for loyalty?  Without loyalty beyond the pale, beyond dignity, beyond honor and patriotism, Tweety trump would already be gone.

The "code" he talks in fits the profile or a mob boss, saying the opposite of what he means.  Cohen explained that to you.  Do you think Cohan lied or what?  Yesterday, 21 Nov 2019, Tweety Trump boldly brought out HIS notes from watching the impeachment hearings, and Tweety has the temerity to read HIS notes as though they are the ultimate truth, to attending reporters, to demonstrate his innocence.  It was an amazing bit of hucksterism!  His notes show he said he did not want anything!

Tweety read HIS NOTES!  lol!

It's laughable, and it is sad, because his supporters will point out the man said he is innocent, so he is innocent!  It's like Putin telling Tweety he sincerely did not mess with the 2016 election and Tweety announces Putin was sincere about his denial so Putin is innocent.  Ugh!

People who knew about Tweety Trump's call: Pence, Mulvaney, Pompeo, Bolton, Giuliana, Sondland, Volker, Holmes, LTC Vindman, Taylor, everyone in the restaurant within ear shot of a loud Tweety Trump voice, and many, many more!

Fiona Hill brings it all together, giving all Republican "attack dogs" bringing false equivalency and process whining to a serious endeavor, who do not want to believe the factual evidence of Tweety's abuse of power, who say Tweety impounding funds appropriated by Congress was not illegal, the "call" was anything unusual even if it did involve quid pro quo (bribery), and it does not  rises to a level that is impeachable (the Republicans tried several more irrational excuses to diminish the impact of the "Perfect Call") , and Fiona Hill  KNOWS PUTIN BETTER THAN ANYONE!

How do YOU choose?

When one sees our Republic (domestic) at risk and national security (international / global) seriously threatened, and we have to choose between what might be,

1. Tweety Trump is just a bumbling fool, self-serving crank, and a pathological liar, and Russia is not a threat against our Republic, or

2. Tweety Trump is on the brink of full on autocracy (Tweety says Amendment 2 of the Constitution allows him to do ANYTHING, AND he is above the law with Bill Barr serving on his side, the Supreme Court stacked in his favor, he is )dividing our country to a level of a potential Civil War, and Tweety is destroying what was a strong domestic and international power . . . Tweety has taken many once good people to his "Dark Side," Bolton, Pompeo, and brought many ugly people into gov, many are in jail today!  Tweety's cabinet is a dangerous set of plutocrats who are now kleptocrat.

I choose to seek Tweety's departure for the sake of all that is good in this country, if there is any good left.

Fiona Hill said it best:

"Impeachment witness warns that conspiracy theories advance Russia’s agenda as they divide Americans"

By Greg Miller  writes about national security, intelligence, terrorism   21 Nov 2019

"

The final day of scheduled public testimony in this phase of the impeachment investigation was dominated by the warnings of a former White House adviser that the country’s susceptibility to baseless allegations and partisan infighting are more than unfortunate byproducts of this political era.

Instead, Fiona Hill, who served as Trump’s top adviser on Russia for much of the past two years, testified that these tendencies pose a growing security threat that Russia, among other adversaries, is exploiting."

Given a choice between the many, many experts advisors warnings, and Tweety Trump with his rabid cult-like supporters yelping and knowing at the bone marrow of our Democracy, I accept Fiona's warning.

We need to get Tweety Trump out of the White House, and, if we can, into a jail cell for all his fraudulent deals, money laundering, and theft from innocent people.

"She depicted Trump’s alleged attempt to pressure Ukraine for political dirt as harmful to both countries’ security interests. She voiced dismay about the treatment of diplomats, including the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, who were either sidelined or disparaged for their efforts to defend official U.S. policy or testify about the president.

But above all, she spoke with palpable concern about the extent to which partisanship in the United States’ political system has weakened the country’s ability to agree on objective reality. “Our nation is being torn apart,” she said. “Truth is questioned.”

A respected Russia scholar who previously served as a top U.S. intelligence official, Hill opened her testimony with a bristling rebuke of Republican lawmakers — and by extension Trump — who have sought to sow doubt about Russia’s interference in the 2016 U.S. election.

“Some of you on this committee appear to believe that Russia and its security services did not conduct a campaign against our country — and that perhaps, somehow, for some reason, Ukraine did,” Hill said. “This is a fictional narrative that has been perpetrated and propagated by the Russian security services themselves.”"

Senators Nunes, Jordan, Johnson, and the many, many, many zealous Republican Tweety supporters will be written into history as aiding and abetting a Mussolini like autocrat who brought the USA down in many ways despite a CLEAR CHOICE TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT.
